1. Original Artworks
All sales of original artworks (paintings, sculptures, unique exhibition plates) are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances once payment has been cleared and ownership transferred. Collectors are encouraged to inspect works in person at the gallery corridor prior to payment verification.
2. T-Shirts & Apparel
We accept exchanges or returns for store credit on limited-edition exhibition T-shirts within 14 days of purchase pickup or delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Exchanges are subject to inventory size availability. If a size is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
3. Magazines and Printed Material
All sales of the National Negrographic Exhibition catalog and issue magazines are final. Returns or refunds are not permitted, except in cases where a magazine has been damaged during transit. In such instances, please provide photo verification within 48 hours of receipt to request a replacement copy.
