1. Original Artwork Sales
All sales of original artworks (paintings, sculptures, unique plates) are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these works, items are allocated to buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. An artwork is not reserved or sold until the buyer submits a purchase confirmation and the gallery staff verifies payment in our bank logs.
2. Payment Verification Flow
When purchasing through Venmo, the buyer must include the item SKU (e.g. ART-004) and title in the transaction note. Clicking the checkout button does not automatically complete the sale. If a payment cannot be verified within 24 hours of form submission, the hold will be cancelled, and the item will return to available status.
3. Tax and Fees
Exhibition prices are displayed in USD ($) and exclude applicable local sales taxes. Sales tax is determined based on the pickup location (New York, NY) or the shipping destination and will be calculated during order verification. Any transaction processing fees are covered by the gallery.
4. Collector Agreements
By completing a transaction, the collector agrees that original works of art are for personal enjoyment and collection, and may not be duplicated, printed, or reproduced for commercial gain without explicit written consent from the artist, Fa'al Ali.
